The Opportunity:

As a PDI Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for our equipment and machinery. Your role will ensure that all units meet quality standards and are ready for customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all new build parts enquiries.
  • Coordinate with relevant vendors regarding part arrival dates.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with technicians to identify and resolve any issues prior to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding delivery timelines and equipment status.
  • Implement and improve PDI procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW

What we are looking for:

  • Current driving licence.
  • A valid Forklift licence will be advantageous.
  • Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite.
  • Previous experience in a PDI or similar role, preferably in the Construction or Mining Industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
