The Opportunity:

This is 12 Month Maternity Leave position as the Mackay Branch Warranty Administrator.

As the warranty administrator for our Mackay location, you'll play a crucial role in managing and processing warranty claims for all our products in Australia. Under the guidance of the National Product Support & Warranty Supervisor and alongside a highly competent and encouraging team, you'll ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions. Your meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach will minimize the impact on our customers and business while driving factory recoveries. You'll work closely with our service teams and global factories to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
