The Opportunity:

Your role is pivotal in the running of our Branch, where you'll lead the coordination, management, and scheduling of day-to-day branch activities all whilst mentoring and coaching eight talented tradespeople.

We’re seeking someone with an innate passion to succeed by supporting our team members across all departments, provides unparalleled customer service, upholds our strong commitment to HSE Standards and actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Located: Wodonga, Victoria

Contract: Fixed Term 12 Months.

What we are looking for:

• Deliver top-tier customer service, setting a high standard
• After-hours support availability is required when necessary
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in a similar industry are highly valued
• Contribute to fostering a strong, team-oriented environment across the division and departments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, effective interactions
• Experience with Dynamics AX and SAP is preferred
