The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to be based in Auckland to provide support to the Parts logistics business. The Warehouse Operator is responsible of fulfilling warehouse operational activities, receiving and sorting, put away, picking, packing and dispatch and relevant administrative and support duties for the Warehouse.
Key Duties:
- Product to be handled/ stored/dispatched in accordance with the Company’s procedures to meet the operational standards set by Komatsu.
- To assist with the system maintenance to ensure accuracy of inventory.
- To meet required KPI times for inbound, Outbound and Inventory related activities
- Ensure appropriate record keeping is adhered to for receiving and dispatching goods to third party company including Komatsu’s logistic provider.
- Willingness to take on ad hoc duties as required.

What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience/skills as a warehouse operator, and/or Warehouse inventory/dispatch person.
- Understanding of Inventory Control, Stock Management
- Accurate recording of receipt, picking and delivery transactions
- Concise capturing of data and absolute compliance with process
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to always communicate with internal/ external contacts of all levels.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Positive demeanor and willingness to always co-operate.
- General computer skills/knowledge
- Heavy machinery parts knowledge advantageous
- Some basic mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills
- Komatsu systems knowledge an advantage, Dynamics, KOMSERV, Cority
- Must have good physical health and strength, manual handling will be large portion of daily activity
Qualifications
- Valid LF Forklift & LO Order Picker licenses are essential– F-Endorsement would be beneficial
