What you will do:

  • Keep current customers happy and find new ones with your tailored weekly call plan.
  • Drive profitable sales and help Komatsu crush market share goals.
  • Ensure smooth, on-time machine deliveries with the Operator Trainer.
  • Stay ahead of competitors with sharp sales analysis and market insights.
  • Nail sales orders and manage discounts for financial success.
  • Lead initiatives that boost profitability through smart cost-saving moves.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate to hit goals.
  • Stay on top of your game with ongoing product training.
  • Represent Komatsu at industry events, showcasing our top-tier products and services!

 What You Bring to the Table:

  • A proven track record in Construction & Utility Equipment sales or rental – you know the ins and outs!
  • You can talk the talk – from product specs to mechanical details, you’ve got it covered.
  • You’re a sales pro with the skills to create and crush a proactive call plan that drives results.
  • You stay on top of everything and know how to get things done with precision.
  • Your communication skills (written and verbal) make building strong customer relationships a breeze.
  • You love diving into data and turning it into smart decisions.
  • Corporate policies? You implement them like a pro, no sweat.
  • You’ve got the presentation skills to wow any crowd and close the deal!
