Service Coordinator

 Komatsu Forklifts Australia promote, sell, hire and service the full range of Komatsu forklifts with niche products to ensure that we have the right solution for our customer's needs.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Field Service team located in Regency Park.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing service requests and scheduling appointments for both Hire and Retail customers.
• Coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer enquiries and concerns.
• Processing Service work orders and preparing invoices and closing off jobs.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the service team. 

The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a similar industry would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent local knowledge of Adelaide locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Pronto would be ideal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
