This role will involve delivering a memorable and delightful experience to all our customers as well as providing additional support for the store management team.
Your role
In addition to providing customers a great experience in retail and lounge and keeping the store immaculately presented, you will:
- Open and close the store when required
- Contribute to effective shift planning
- Motivate, inspire and energise the team
- Role model high standards of behaviour, aligned with our policy and values
- Assist in training new team members
What are we looking for?
- Experience demonstrating responsibility and ownership in the workplace (e.g. opening and closing a store)
- Experience and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, in a hospitality or retail environment
- A willingness to learn about and sell produce requiring specialist knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Generosity of spirit - honest, kind, giving and positive
- Someone inquisitive and imaginative
