If you love chocolate, you have come to the right place because we have an excellent and rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the team as a Supervisor. 

This role will involve delivering a memorable and delightful experience to all our customers as well as providing additional support for the store management team.

Your role

In addition to providing customers a great experience in retail and lounge and keeping the store immaculately presented, you will:

• Open and close the store when required
• Contribute to effective shift planning
• Motivate, inspire and energise the team
• Role model high standards of behaviour, aligned with our policy and values
• Assist in training new team members

What are we looking for?

• Experience demonstrating responsibility and ownership in the workplace (e.g. opening and closing a store)
• Experience and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, in a hospitality or retail environment
• A willingness to learn about and sell produce requiring specialist knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Generosity of spirit - honest, kind, giving and positive
• Someone inquisitive and imaginative
