KJR is looking for a Senior Technical Test Analysts. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant, fun organisation that understands quality starts with its people. You will work closely with our KJR Queensland Team, including the Principal Consultants and Queensland General Manager. Your role will help drive Quality Assurance best practices and processes within large-scale organisations and projects. You will receive ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.

Technical skills/experience

  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Test Development Lifecycle
  • Proven experience in test case development and execution within fast-paced agile teams
  • Hands-on experience in various test phases, including System Testing, SIT, UAT, and PVT
  • Experienced in testing complex systems integrated with multiple applications, featuring intricate business logic and highly complex input and output data structures (mandatory)
  • Skilled in analysing complex functional and technical specifications to develop system test cases (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in data-driven testing
  • Expertise in system testing complex application logic by creating detailed test data aligned with technical specifications and analysing intricate output data (mandatory)
  • Experienced in SQL and Data migration testing (desirable)
  • Experienced in coordinating UAT, including training business users on test processes, collecting, analysing and triaging business feedback with the technical team, providing support during execution and tracking execution to schedule (desirable)
  • Capable of managing multiple testing tasks simultaneously and efficiently switching between them
  • Proficient in estimating testing efforts, tracking progress against estimates and schedules, and promptly addressing/communicating any obstacles
  • Adept at identifying and reporting defects, participating in defect triage, and collaborating with the technical team to resolve issues
  • Strong in preparing test status updates and test summary reports
  • Experienced with defect and test management tools like Jira, Zephyr and Confluence
  • Experience with testing products built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (desirable)
  • ISTQB certified (desirable)
