Senior Test Automation Engineer (Brisbane Based)

KJR is looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join a very exciting and long term large Queensland Government project. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant, fun organisation that understands quality starts with its people. You will work closely with our Test Leads helping drive QA best practices and processes, as well as ensuring great product quality through various testing activities. Technical skills/experience

• Working knowledge of SDLC and Test Development Lifecycle
• Experience in performing manual and automated test development and execution in fast paced Agile teams
• Experience in analysing assigned User Stories, collecting any additional information required from Business Analyst / Technical team and developing test cases
• Experience in API testing for REST interface
• Experience with API testing tools such as SOAP UI / Postman
• Experience with test automation (preferably with Playwright and Typescript)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new automation frameworks and scripting languages quickly
• Experience with defect and test management tools like Jira, Zephyr and Confluence
• Testing products built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (desirable)
• ISTQB certified (desirable)
