The opportunity

Would you like a fun, flexible and impactful fast-paced role with a great team supporting you? An opportunity has presented itself within the Kingswim Customer Care & Centre Support team, located within our Head Office in Mornington.

When you join the Customer Care & Centre Support team at Kingswim, you’ll get on-the-job training and support, and have access to regular working hours in a casual or part-time role. You’ll play a vital role in ongoing communication and customer service to 22 Kingswim centres and their families, assisting with all customer enquiries across multiple platforms including inbound and outbound calls, emails and online chat.

We’re looking for engaging, friendly and enthusiastic customer-focussed people to join this inclusive, enjoyable and vibrant work environment! We are currently hiring for casual team members. Please note that this is a non-customer facing role, and junior rates apply for successful candidates from 16-19 years of age, as per the Fitness Industry Award. Full time work can also be discussed with suitable applicants.

About you

You’re fun and energetic with outstanding customer service and communication skills and a genuine interest in helping our swimmers and their families. You also enjoy being part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to building a thriving community! You will have excellent computer and data entry skills, and a willingness to learn our internal database and telephone system with guidance and training.

Availability requirements:

Our Customer Care & Centre Support team operates from 8am to 7pm weekdays, and 8am to 2pm weekends.

  • You’ll be flexible to work a rotating roster with both mornings and afternoons/evenings during the week (some shifts ending at 7pm)
  • You'll be available to work a rotational weekend roster
  • Further details surrounding rostering and availability will be discussed with shortlisted applicants
