The opportunity
Would you like a fun, flexible and impactful administrative role with a great team supporting you? Do you have a passion for making a real difference in young people’s lives? An exciting opportunity has presented itself for 2 enthusiastic individuals to work at our Kingswim Frankston and Langwarrin Centres. Our reception team play a vital part of ongoing communication and customer service to all our families!
Our centres have an enjoyable and vibrant work environment best suited to an initiative driven person with a passion for the safety, wellbeing and education of children.
This is a casual role, with an hourly rate of $30.13 per hour, and regular work patterns.
About you
You’re fun and energetic with outstanding customer service and communication skills and a genuine interest in helping our swimmers and their families. You also enjoy being part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to building a thriving community! You will have excellent computer and data entry skills, and a willingness to learn our internal database system with guidance and training.

Availability requirements:
You’ll be flexible to work an ongoing roster with the below shift times for each centre:
Kingswim Frankston
- Tuesday 3.30pm- 6.30pm
- Sunday 7.45am- 12pm
Kingswim Langwarrin
- Sunday 7.45am - 12pm.
