Our client, a highly respected very well established north east winery established in 1860 Tahbilk Wines, is now offering an opportunity for a hard-working, self-motivated, and most importantly, passionate individual to commence a Traineeship in Business Administration.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be trained up in all aspects of business, administration and reception, duties include:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, clients and staff in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Providing comprehensive administrative support including filing, archiving, photocopying, and data entry
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

This is a fantastic career-start opportunity to become trade qualified. As a trainee, you will receive both on and off the job training working towards Certificate III Business which will see you employed directly by Kestrel by up to two year's.

Requirements

• Current Driver’s License preferable
• Confidence and capability in multitasking and proactive attitude
• Proficient with MS Office (particularly Word & Excel)
• Proficient attention to detail
• A positive engaging and professional demeanor
• High standard of communication and literacy skills
• Honest and reliable
