About the Role:

Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are more in demand than ever. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Client Consultant to coordinate client household moves, who has the ability to listen to and respond to domestic clients service needs in a hybrid work from home and in a capital city branch role.

The Client Coordination Consultant is primarily responsible for ensuring the end to end management of moving client’s personal household goods, which is executed through efficient administration, document control and system maintenance.

Some of what you will be doing;

  • Deliver superior customer service by addressing client enquiries and coordinating relocation service bookings.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and timely receipt of invoice payments for services rendered.
  • Foster professional and effective relationships with clients, Kent Sales & Operations team members.
  • Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary.

About you:

You will have experience in managing delivery of services to clients in a fast paced environment. You will have demonstrated success in managing client expectations in a service delivery environment, and an ability to develop strong client and inter departmental relationships quickly.

What else we are looking for;

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong communication skills –verbal, written
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing client expectations in a service delivery environment
  • Exhibit strong client relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone
  • Showcase problem-solving abilities and an exceptional eye for detail
  • Display excellent communication skills within a business environment
  • Possess sound financial knowledge and invoicing experience
  • Experience with travel, accommodation, or related booking schedules is advantageous
  • At least with 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a medium to large-size Company
