This hybrid role can be based in either our Melbourne Branch in Clayton South VIC, or our Sydney Branch in Yennora NSW. Fulltime role in the office and work from home.

About the Role:

A results-driven role to lead our Kent Relocation Service efforts and cultivate strategic partnerships, the National Manager Consumer Services will build and maintain strong relationships, and drive collaborative partnerships within the industry. This role requires a blend of exceptional sales acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • To grow the Kent Consumer Brokerage division
  • Ensure outstanding customer service as indicated by regular customer satisfaction reporting
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Partner with sales to develop process for KRS Brokerage, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering persuasive presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, focusing on mutual value creation and long-term growth opportunities for Kent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and IT, to align partner needs with company capabilities
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Analyse sales and partnership performance data
  • Provide regular feedback to GM KRS pertaining to staff performance, compliance and service delivery
  • Provide regular reports to senior management detailing sales progress, partnership developments, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Drive Innovation within the overall KRS division
  • Ensure invoicing takes place timely and accurately

About you:

Ideally you will have strong experience in operational management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and preferably some exposure to the removals industry. You can demonstrate you are a proven and solution-focused individual with the ability to foster growth, innovation and enterprise transformation.

  • Demonstrated project planning, project management, contract management
  • Proven experience managing change initiatives
  • Experience in overseeing implementation of web technologies and software platforms
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery, including enterprise wide transformation through stakeholder engagement
  • A thorough understanding of sales cycle and process
  • A proven track record of building relationships in the B to B and B to C market
  • Experience in brand and reputation management
  • Understanding and experience in lead generation and opportunity development
  • Highly skilled in managing sales and coordination teams to deliver superior performance
  • Highly proficient presentation skills to senior executives in a B to B and B to C sales environment
  • Tender presentation skills and acumen to deliver client focused solutions to customers
