About the Role:
Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values. With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are more in demand than ever. This is a great opportunity to join our high performing Sales team as a National Sales Consultant, where success will come easy as you capitalize on selling our quality services and products.
You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced large team that has proven their success year after year. Reporting directly to the National Sales Team Leader, who is all about supporting you to make your mark and reap the rewards. As this role is responsible for responding to all relevant inbound enquiries, your ability to build rapport quickly with clients is essential as you will be helping them to navigate the logistics and stress of relocating.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Responding to all inbound initial enquiries and web leads
- Qualify leads to determine scope of services required by client
- Determine which Sales Department to forward client to, based on services required
- Maintain exemplary customer service
- Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
About you:
Ideally you will have experience or exposure to a call centre environment but we are happy to talk to individuals who are outcome focused with sales experience. If you can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual that's also a bonus. This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base.
