About the Role:

The newly developed Industry Partner Relations Manager is a results-driven role growing Kents network of quality removalist and relocation services providers to expand our capabilities nationally. You will build and maintain successful relationships with industry service providers and work with our Kent Relocation Services team to craft tailored partner solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, relationship-building skills, and excellent communication skills to ensure every industry partner can align with Kents company values and goals to achieve mutual growth.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • To expand the Kent Relocation Services divisions network of provider partnership agreements.
  • Identify and target potential partners.
  • Build lasting relationships with key industry players, potential partners, and stakeholders to enhance Kents market presence.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Undertake audits, analyse performance data and drive quality outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks in partnerships and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management detailing partnership developments, and market insights. 

About You:

Ideally you will have strong experience in operational management, relationship management and preferably some exposure to industry service delivery operations. You can demonstrate you are a proven solution-focused individual with the ability to foster new relationships, process improvement, implementation, and have exceptional customer service. 

What we hope you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner relations, business development
  • Demonstrable experience cultivating and maintaining successful industry partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends.
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaborate and bring teammates along the journey.
