The Opportunity

As part of a multi-disciplinary marketing and brand team, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in driving the business forward by creating visually compelling, on-brand designs for both print and digital platforms. This role requires a focus on execution and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital and print assets, including brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, leave-behinds, email templates, social media graphics, icons, illustrations, website imagery, and promotional materials.
  • Edit long-form video and podcast content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn, tailoring content to maximise engagement.
  • Co-manage the brand's social media channels, ensuring relevant, engaging, and on-brand content is published regularly.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, including task prioritisation, setting deadlines, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for various campaigns, including email, web, social media, events and print.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Be a ‘Brand Champion’ to insure consistent use of the brand across the organisation. 

About You

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • A strong grasp of typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
