The Opportunity

Due to continued rapid growth, we are strategically recruiting for a new role in our Kelly Partners Central Services Team. In the role, People and Culture Lead, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 8+ years' experience working in a similar role within a fast growing company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Updating the existing framework for internal HR systems, ensuring compliance with external legal requirements and internal policies
  • Support in delivering an effective recruitment and on-boarding program ensuring all new employees have a 'great welcome' to Kelly+Partners
  • Develop a whole of cycle People Experience calendar - including running KPG internal events, establishing quarterly training for talent cohorts
  • Maintaining employee records / documentation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily accessible
  • Assisting with the analysis of HR data to provide analysis, trends and recommendations to Senior Leadership
  • Embedding and driving a Learning and Development framework for people at all levels across the business
  • Running projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners
  • Work with the CEO and Head of People to embed and maintain Group Policies
  • Reporting to the Executive and Board as required

About You

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in a similar role within a fast growing company
  • Qualifications in Business or Human Resources or Law
  • Demonstrated working application and understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation
  • A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
