The Opportunity

As a Client Service Associate (Operations) you will be the first point of contact for advisors/clients through face to face, phone or email channels. The key focus here will be to provide exceptional customer service and operational excellence in the customer experience.

Position Responsibilities

  • Investment Portfolio account maintenance and data
  • Preparing investment proposals and pitch packs
  • Excel Spreadsheet maintenance and input
  • Set up new investment and bank accounts
  • Office administration and data entry
  • Draft and email client communications
  • Keeping minutes for Internal and external meetings
  • Inbound and outbound calls; managing enquires from advisors and clients
  • Meeting / Diary Management for Advisors
  • Compliance tasks

About You

  • Degree qualified in relevant field (Commerce, Economics, Business, Data)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Some work experience, ideally in wealth management or financial services.
