The Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader people team and will be looking to take the next step in their recruitment career. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Sourcing quality candidates through networking, database management, social media, job board sourcing and building lasting relationships.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing applicants in talent pools.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Writing and placing job advertisements.
  • Internal system compliance and administration.

About You

  • 1-2 years experience within an agency or internal recruitment environment.
  • Genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.
  • Recently completed or working towards a University degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our candidates and partners.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
