We are looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Store Supervisor to join our successful team at Kate Spade DFO Homebush.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing a vibrant team, delivering outstanding customer service, and being a strong Kate Spade brand ambassador.
• An experienced leader with a can-do attitude, required to demonstrate a service mindset, drive the sales and growth of the business.
• Have strong attention to detail and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills. 
• Experience within visual merchandising to promote the brand/ products through creative displays.
• Support the sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training to elevate their skills.
• Genuine passion of retail sales and clientelling.
