This is an exciting 7-storey construction data centre project based in the heard of the CBD.

What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to cost-effective services construction, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, design, and building code requirements.
- Oversee services packages, monitor documentation, and ensure client requirements are met in head and subcontracts.
- Coordinate subcontractor work for services installation and track programs, adjusting to meet schedule.
- Review changes to services design within budget, ensure sustainability rating requirements are met, and resolve stakeholder issues.
- Manage sub-contractor claims, rectify defects, report on progress, and identify new technologies to improve operations.
Who You Are:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent trade background, with experience in services engineering or coordination.
- Prior experience with Tier 1 or 2 builders on large commercial building services projects, and practical knowledge of the NCC/BCA and building services requirements.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors/consulting engineers, with sound construction knowledge and understanding of safety and quality requirements.
- Well-developed skills in planning, program management, stakeholder management, task management, collaboration, and communication.
