What you’ll do:

• Audit, federate, and coordinate VDC models for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection, perform quality control checks, and extract data from models for project reporting and sustainability calculations.
• Use Openspace and 3D lidar scans for validating trades installation and as-built verification.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams, while maintaining and updating project documentation using BIM360 and SharePoint.
• Liaise with Design Managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and stay updated on DE technology advancements.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of DE/BIM industry experience, with 2+ years in a coordination role and relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of local DE requirements, including ISO 19650, VDAS, and the NCC, and proficiency in Autodesk, Revit, and other software tools like 12D, Tekla, and ReCap.
• Experienced in clash detection, reporting, and managing Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM360, Aconex, and ProCore.
• Skilled in coordination software like Navisworks, BIM360/ACC Model Coordination, and Revizto, with excellent problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
