What You’ll Do: 

  • Prepare, organise, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.  
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.  
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and manage expense records and support the preparation of financial documentation.  
  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for all project-related inquiries. 

Who You Are: 

  • Ideally you will hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry. 
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. 
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
