What you’ll do:
- Assist in the preparation of tender proposals and submissions
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes
- Partake in maintaining effective relationships with a range of external project stakeholders
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and up to date cost information
- Participate in tender interviews in support of the Senior Estimator
- Liaise with project teams and adhere to project schedules
- Suggest improvements for our estimating processes and systems
Who you are:
- Tertiary qualified in Construction Management / a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experienced working as an Estimator across multiple projects in a Tier 1 or 2 setting (desirable)
- New construction and fitout background (desirable)
- CostX and Estimate One experience (desirable)
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly
- A strong team focus, and highly motivated
