What you’ll do:

• Assist in the preparation of tender proposals and submissions
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes
• Partake in maintaining effective relationships with a range of external project stakeholders
• Contribute to maintaining accurate and up to date cost information
• Participate in tender interviews in support of the Senior Estimator
• Liaise with project teams and adhere to project schedules
• Suggest improvements for our estimating processes and systems

Who you are:

• Tertiary qualified in Construction Management / a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experienced working as an Estimator across multiple projects in a Tier 1 or 2 setting (desirable)
• New construction and fitout background (desirable)
• CostX and Estimate One experience (desirable)
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly
• A strong team focus, and highly motivated
