We are seeking passionate, curious, and driven Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Project Management Graduates to join our team. You will work on site as part of a project team to deliver exceptional construction outcomes for our client’s commercial, education, industrial, and residential buildings.
Kapitol offers a comprehensive, 2-year program. You will gain exposure across all facets of construction. We provide a highly supportive learning environment including weekly technical training, monthly forums, site tours and our Mentor Program.
Working alongside your dedicated Project Manager, and with support from your onsite Team, Construction Manager and People & Culture, you will work through our comprehensive Competency Matrix to provide a structured learning experience. The competencies cover HSEQ, Contract Administration, Project Coordination, Site Supervision, Programming, Design and Planning.

What you will do:
- Learn from a team of experienced and passionate construction professionals
- Work with the team to deliver exceptional outcomes to customers
- Help ensure the project is being managed to programme and contractual obligations
- Identify and assist in managing project risks and issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the required approvals are obtained
- Engage with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards and processes are adhered to
What you will bring:
- Genuine passion for the Construction industry
- Bachelor or Masters degree, e.g. Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Project Management
- Curiosity to continually learn and apply in practical scenarios on the job
- Personable and collaborative style with a focus on teamwork
- Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Initiative and solutions focused mindset
