What You’ll Do:

• Develop and lead a content strategy that aligns with Kapitol’s brand and business goals.
• Create and execute compelling blog and social media content across key channels like LinkedIn and Instagram that drives engagement.
• Track and analyse social media performance using analytical tools.
• Monitor, manage and respond to social media communications.
• Be an active member of the leadership team and contribute to meetings.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends to ensure our digital marketing remains innovative.

Who You Are:

• Highly experienced social media specialist with proven skills in engaging a mature audience within the construction sector.
• Collaborative style who can build and maintain relationships with each of the functional areas providing engaging content for them.
• Driven individual who will provide daily content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Blogging (including video) and long form content opportunities.
• Tasked with raising the focus of social content to shine a light on the Technical, Quality and Capability of Kaptiol’s project and teams.
