As our sustained growth continues, we are looking for a talented and proactive Learning & Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will embed a culture of continuous learning and skill development to ensure our employees are amongst the best trained and most highly skilled construction employees in Australia.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the Head of People & Culture in defining and implementing the company’s learning and development strategy
  • Lead the L&D Coordinator in the design and delivery of effective learning programs across onboarding, compliance, leadership development and skills training
  • Drive evolution of our graduate program to ensure a leading offering is provided in a highly competitive industry
  • Evaluate learning initiatives via KPIs, metrics, reporting and feedback
  • Cultivate a culture of continual learning and professional development
  • Ensure continuous improvement of our LMS and learning processes with the latest technology

About you:

  • A genuine passion for L&D
  • Tertiary qualifications HR, Psychology or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in an L&D management role
  • Thorough understanding of learning principles and instructional design
  • Demonstrated achievement in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong knowledge of LMS (e.g Litmos) and other relevant e-learning tools
  • Proven ability to determine skill gaps and training needs
  • Advanced project management, stakeholder management, presentation, organisational, task management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and outcomes-driven environment
