We will be hiring a qualified and ambitious Project Coordinator to contribute to our ongoing growth. In this role, you will primarily assist across scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement on a range of diverse projects. 

What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional outcomes to customers on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
  • Prepare scopes of work
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure required approvals are obtained
  • Manage project administration including correspondence, agendas and reports
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors
  • Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers
  • Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status
  • Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and Design standards
  • Provide input for the tender and ECI process
  • Assist CAs with variations and contract administration
  • Coach and mentor our Graduates and Cadets

About you:

  • A genuine passion for the Construction industry
  • Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
  • Exposure to a variety of medium-to-large scale projects, e.g. commercial, residential and education
  • Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex and Hammertech (highly desirable)
  • Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
