What you’ll do
• Oversee a portfolio of design, construct, and fitout projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.
• Manage design approval, product selection, and the defect process, while leading the team's development through coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee approval processes for drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and procurement, ensuring effective subcontractor selection.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle, providing accurate reporting on project and risk status.
• Drive compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards, while contributing to continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned.
Who you are
• Passionate about construction with a drive for high-quality outcomes, holding a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience in PM or Assistant PM roles, ideally within Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments, and exposure to medium-to-large scale projects.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations, with a thorough understanding of design and construction processes.
• Proven leader and team developer with a collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
