What You’ll Do:

  • Provide administration and calendar coordination support for the Estimating Manager and Estimating team.
  • Support proposal coordination and attend tender interviews.
  • Handle market pricing administration and document control including transmittal checks, filing, management of addendums.
  • Assist with task management and data entry into the CRM.
  • Assist in the development of project schedules construction budgets.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Source, track, follow-up and file quotes received from Trade Subcontractors.
  • Partake in review of continuous improvement for our estimating processes and systems.

Who You Are:

  • Degree/diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Significant experience document control, administration and / or procurement.
  • High level of proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Any exposure to Microsoft Planner and / or EstimateOne would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong prioritisation, task management, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.
