What you’ll do:

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare scopes of work and liaise with stakeholders for approvals.
  • Manage project administration, including correspondence, agendas, and reports.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage project risks in collaboration with Site and Project Managers.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, provide project updates, and support team development through coaching.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about the construction industry with tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of Project Coordination experience, preferably in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments, with exposure to medium-to-large scale projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong technical knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Project, Aconex, and Hammertech, with excellent time management and teamwork skills.
