  • Drive compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, assist with accreditation processes, and continually improve maintenance practices across our facilities.
  • Support the preparation and oversight of maintenance budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to Occupational Safety and Health requirements, proactively report incidents, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

  • Certificate, diploma, or equivalent in building construction, project management, or related fields (Carpentry/handyman experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of OSH regulations, building codes, and Aged Care Facility certification standards.
  • Proven expertise in asset and property maintenance, including quality inspections, contractor management, and conducting condition audits.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities and leading teams to success.
  • Valid driver’s licence, Construction Induction Card (White Card), and willingness to travel to regional and remote locations quarterly.

Why Juniper?
