We foster a positive workplace culture and are excited to welcome a new People and Culture Advisor specializing in Employee Relations to our growing team. This full-time role is based at Juniper Central in Balcatta.

About the Role:

As a People and Culture Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in providing HR support and employee relations expertise. This role focuses on partnering with management and staff to navigate employment matters, drive compliance, and promote a fair and supportive work environment. Your work will contribute to building a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice on employment matters, ensuring clear and consistent guidance for managers and staff.
  • Lead and assist with Enterprise Agreement negotiations, ensuring alignment with legislation and organizational goals.
  • Support managers through performance management and dispute resolution processes, fostering positive outcomes.
  • Research and recommend strategies for addressing industrial relations reforms and emerging workplace trends.
  • Advise on and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams.
  • Lead and deliver special HR projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide insights to improve staff retention and engagement.

About You:

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and have the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist, People and Culture, or related advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, including workplace investigations and Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • High-level integrity and discretion when managing sensitive or confidential matters.
  • A proactive approach to fostering compliance and a positive work environment.
