About the role:

We are currently seeking full-time Rostering and Scheduling Officers, to join our Juniper Home and Community Care team.

Whilst working in this rewarding role you will provide efficient and effective allocation of client services and rostering for Community Support Workers and other clinical team members. Care and services provided will be responsive, timely and empowering, enabling Juniper clients to lead a safe and independent value added life within their own home.    

There are two full-time positions available working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday in the office. The first position involves scheduling for clients based in the South Metropolitan area of Perth with an office base at Bentley and hours of work 6am-2pm each week day. The second position involves scheduling for clients based in the North Metropolitan area of Perth with an office base shared between Bentley and Karrinyup and hours of work 9am-5pm each week day.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Continuous and smooth allocation of client services

·        Complete scheduling activities while meeting deadlines and timelines

·        Timely database updates

·        Answer enquiries and provide information regarding services 

·        Provide excellent customer service


Key requirements:

·        Experience in a dynamic rostering office environment – favourable

·        Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care – desirable

·        Aged Care experience - desirable

·        Ability to prioritise and excellent time management 

·        Competency in computer operation and knowledge of business, office processes and information management

·        Excellent communication with all stakeholders

·        Willingness and ability to integrate positively with a team
