About the Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take on a hands-on role, working closely with the Recruitment Services Manager to manage and deliver recruitment solutions for all roles within our regional portfolio. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior recruiters within the team, helping to build their skills and ensure recruitment best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles in our regional portfolio, from entry-level positions to senior management.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent to Juniper, utilizing job boards, talent pools, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities, regional networks, and Indigenous employment programs to enhance recruitment strategies and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in recruitment processes to increase efficiency, enhance candidate quality, and streamline workflows
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with Juniper’s policies, Fair Work regulations, and industry standards.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and candidate conversion rates, to ensure effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide support to the team with day-to-day activities, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and share insights to help them grow.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on regional, remote, and health-sector recruitment.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, across various levels, in regional settings.
  • Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members, with a focus on developing skills and supporting team success.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices within the aged care and health sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
