About Us:

Juniper is a leading not-for-profit provider of aged care services, committed to supporting the changing needs of Western Australians. With a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care, Juniper is proud to offer services across residential aged care, community services, and retirement living. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support the recruitment efforts for our Community Portfolio.

About the Role

Due to Juniper’s continued expansion, we require an additional Recruitment Consultant to manage and deliver recruitment solutions for roles within Juniper’s Community Portfolio. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruitment role that will involve everything from job advertising and candidate screening to managing interviews and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles within Juniper’s Community Portfolio, focusing on high-quality candidates for both entry-level and senior positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and outreach.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit for the roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare and manage job offers, and handle pre-employment checks.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with Juniper’s policies, as well as Fair Work regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles and foster relationships with local networks and community groups.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the recruitment team as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven recruitment experience (3+ years) ideally within the aged care, healthcare, or community services sectors.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from entry-level positions to senior appointments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance, best practices, and relevant industry regulations.
  • A passion for community-focused recruitment, with the ability to understand the unique needs of the sector and the people we serve.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.
  • Flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary, plus access to salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum tax-free.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment where you’ll be valued and empowered to grow in your career
