About the Role

As a Commercial Operations Compliance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Jemena’s Gas Markets portfolio adheres to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Commercial Managers and Advisors to manage compliance impacts across various commercial agreements and market-facing obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage market-facing obligations for CT/DAA, STTM, GBB, and DWGM. Develop and maintain the Compliance Framework, outlining activities, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish contracts within relevant rules, systems, and processes.
  • Oversee daily data reporting for CT/DAA, STTM, DWGM, and GBB. Ensure compliance with monthly settlements, flow disclosures, and annual reports.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Commercial Operations – Compliance and Assurance Framework, outlining all compliance activities and timelines.
  • Support the testing and implementation of processes and systems through robust testing plans.

About You:

  • Gas and energy industry experience, with strong data analysis skills, including the ability to prepare and present data effectively.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, particularly within energy or gas markets.
  • Strong understanding of market-facing obligations such as CT/DAA, STTM, GBB, and DWGM.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
  • Advanced problem-solving, attention to detail, and digital literacy, particularly in MS Excel. SQL knowledge is a plus but not essential.
