 About the role:

The Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving commercial value from Digital by providing comprehensive analysis services to the Technology Business Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

The primary focus is to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that enable the organisation to maximise the value of its digital investments. The role works closely and collaborates across Digital and business partnering functions supporting capabilities across workforce planning, budget and forecasting, cost optimisation, training and commercial management.

Experience

  • Experience in gathering, analysing and presenting data to help articulate digital (or other business) investments to various business functions and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of expense and resource planning.
  • Proven experience generating meaningful and insightful information from data using insights to help optimise cost and efficiency.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital, and operating expenses.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in business processes and technology management.
  • Proficient to advanced Excel and/or PowerBi skills for report generation and data interrogation.
  • ITIL or Service Management background.
  • Knowledge and use of resource management, portfolio management, demand management, and governance techniques.
