About the Role

We are looking for two experienced and proactive Training Coordinators to join our close-knit, specialised technical training team in Rowville, VIC. In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the training and compliance of our field workforce.

As a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will provide exceptional customer service and take a professional, solutions-focused approach to training coordination. Your ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and drive compliance will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling mandatory, ad-hoc, and non-routine technical training to meet business, network, and client requirements.
  • Providing advice and support to the business on training and compliance matters.
  • Ensuring industry licensing, authorisations, and compliance remain up to date.
  • Maintaining accurate records and systems, including data entry and document management.
  • Managing training calendars, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 

About You

  • Previous experience in a busy scheduling, administrative or coordination role.
  • Willingness to learn and retain complex information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
  • Experience working with databases and record-keeping systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with people from all backgrounds.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook calendars and Excel formulas and pivot tables and reporting, (intermediate level).
  • Experience using training databases such as SuccessFactors and Pegasus (highly regarded).
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A positive, easy-going attitude and a great sense of humour!
  • As this role will require travel between our other depots from time-to-time, a current Victorian Driver Licence is required
