Enterprise Leasing Specialist – 8-month fixed term contract – Sydney or Melbourne

Jemena are expanding the Contracts team and need the expertise of an Enterprise Leasing specialist. This is a fixed term contract to December 2025. The role can be in either Sydney or Melbourne. 

About the Role 

• Contract Administration: Manage property and fleet lease contracts within SAP REFX, ensuring compliance and accurate records. 
• Fleet Lease Management: Monitor and process monthly lease charges for the company’s fleet, ensuring payments are timely and accurate. 
• Property Rent Roll: Administer the monthly property rent roll process, maintaining accuracy and timeliness for financial reporting. 
• Insurance Charge Processing: Handle monthly processing of motor vehicle insurance charges. 
• Fleet Reporting: Prepare and distribute fortnightly fleet reports for stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights for fleet performance improvement. 

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about making a meaningful difference. In this role, you’ll help ensure our Fleet and Property Contracts support the company’s goals, including our commitment to environmental sustainability and reaching net zero emissions by 2050.

You’ll work collaboratively with our Procurement and Category Managers, as well as our wider Procurement, Property, and Fleet (PPF) team. Together with our operational teams, you’ll contribute to delivering thoughtful, cost-effective, and impactful outcomes that support our shared goals and long-term success.

About You 

• Proven knowledge as a leasing specialist or similar role. 
• Sound knowledge of procurement and tendering processes. 
• Possess an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. 
• Strong customer service, stakeholder engagement, and support skills. 
• Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as required and up to date. 
• Working knowledge of the transportation industry and government regulations compliance. 
• Reasonable knowledge of fleet maintenance functions and servicing requirements. 
• Demonstrated understanding of Procurement policy, and processes including tendering and contracts management. 
• Proven abilities with Procurement tools such as SAP, FleetMex, Power BI Reporting, eProcure, and document management systems such as ECMS. 
• Excellent in time management and priority planning.
