About Us
At Jemena and Zinfra, we're not just building infrastructure - we're shaping Australia's sustainable energy future. Our HSE teams play a crucial role in this mission, ensuring that as we transform the nation's energy landscape, we do so with unwavering commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our people.
With over 3000 professionals across the East Coast, we're proud to be at the forefront of Australia's transition to net zero. Our approach to safety is built on four core pillars: visible leadership that drives real change, continuous learning that transforms insights into action, focussed management of our critical risks and open communication to understand our work and keep people safe.
We have a clear vision and strategy in our approach to safety and sustainability. As we deliver critical infrastructure projects through Zinfra that are fundamental to Australia's renewable energy future, our HSE team supports our leadership to ensure that every innovation, every project, and every decision is underpinned by outstanding safety standards.
We believe that true safety excellence comes from creating a culture where everyone is empowered to learn, contribute, and drive improvement, with our focus on both physical and psychological safety. Our commitment to deep incident analysis and organizational learning means we're constantly evolving our practices to meet tomorrow's challenges while protecting our people today.
