About the role

As our Group Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for our compliance reporting and training to embed our Compliance Framework and Protecht, our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) database-driven system. You’ll be working closely with the Group Compliance Manager, our GRC team, co-ordinating the Compliance Cohort and cross-functional teams, to maintain and elevate compliance maturity across the business.

This is a hybrid position and ideally, we are seeking someone that is Melbourne-based, however would be open to Sydney-based for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Coordinating group-wide compliance reporting and dashboards
  • Assist in maintaining obligations, controls and actions and highlighting exceptions
  • Maintaining and enhance the processes, systems and other documentation underpinning the Compliance Policy and Framework
  • Driving compliance forums and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal audit and risk teams for alignment of outcomes
  • Mature and enhance our compliance systems

  • Ideally you will have experience in risk management / frameworks, governance and energy regulation - Protecht system experience a major plus
