Overview of our role

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SuccessFactors within the Group, you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and supporting the system. This includes overseeing module implementations, driving ongoing Business As Usual (BAU) support, and ensuring system improvements. Your expertise in both technical and functional aspects will be essential for conducting detailed gap analyses to align the system with business operations, ensuring optimal outcomes for end users.

You will manage and support the enhancement of SuccessFactors, oversee module implementation, and assist the team to achieve successful BAU, system enhancements, and project goals.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between process owners, IT, and external vendors. You will support the delivery of the Group HRIS solution by providing daily user support, configuring the system, identifying and implementing changes to improve system performance, and maintaining the integrity and security of the system.

  • Significant experience in supporting and administering an integrated HR Information System
  • Managing change programs, system upgrades and release cycles
