About the role
As The Business Resilience Lead, you will support the Group Manager Business Resilience in this enterprise function role and lead as the subject matter expert in Crisis, Emergency, and Business Continuity Management.
You will train and lead teams that manage emergency and crisis level events, provide mentorship and training to senior leaders across the Group in the crisis, emergency and business continuity spaces, while also designing and delivering the business resilience assurance annual program. You will also be the SME for disruptive event risks, providing risk advice to the Group across a broad spectrum of business resilience employed to mitigate risk against people, environment, assets, reputation and livelihood.
This role may also participate in the Emergency Management availability roster.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate significant experience in crisis, emergency, & business continuity management planning, processes and regulations, along with;
- Experience in writing effective procedures and other business documents relating to resilience management
- Impressive experience in emergency response, or emergency operations
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Risk Management practices
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
