About the role:

This role is responsible for leading the ServiceNow platform team with a primary focus on its IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and the HR Service Delivery module. 


Key Responsibilities include

This role ensures the effective implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform to support the Group’s service management. The Platform lead will drive the strategic direction, design, and operation performance of the platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in managing and supporting the ServiceNow platform in a comparable organisation
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimising ITSM processes in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Project management experience, preferably IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent mentoring skills with ability to guide and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


Technical Experience:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator o ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or equivalent experience
  • ITIL V4 Foundation and additional modules or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, particularly ITSM modules and CMDB
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework
  • Digital Infrastructure and Operations
  • Excellent management skills with ability to guide and inspire a team
  • Integration with common identity, data, and control systems e.g. AD, Entra, Flexera, SharePoint, Teams etc
