Overview of our role

You will be a valued partner and trusted support to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and the Group’s Leadership Team. You will support and contribute to the success of the leadership team and help support broader organisational goals. As Executive Assistant, you will bring your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities within the Group’s portfolio, the EGM’s office, and the Business Unit’s Leadership team. You will also be open to embracing and supporting new ways of working that enhance the effectiveness of the CDO office and the organisation as a whole. 

In addition, your role will play a key part in both the Executive Assistant Team and the Group Administrator’s Network, where you will engage and lead by example, embodying collaboration, supportiveness, resilience, professionalism, and respect as a member of the team.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Managing complex issues and balancing multiple priorities
  • Anticipate challenges and address them calmly and proactively
  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback with peers, managers, and colleagues
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset, eager to learn new technologies and enhance systems/processes

  • Ability to think strategically and apply a broad perspective to problem-solving
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Confidence in working independently and taking initiative
  • Strong experience handling highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Knowledgeable in financial and technology literacy
