YOUR ROLE
- Deliver friendly, fast & efficient service to every customer.
- Be a true JD ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products, trends, in-store promotions and processes.
- Sell our products and work as a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- We’re looking for flexibility—weekends, late nights, and public holidays are a must! You'll need full availability in December and January to help us tackle the holiday rush!
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service roles and/or a genuine passion for connecting with people
- Strong communication skills, someone who can engage confidently with customers
- Passionate about sports or fashion, has a genuine love for the JD Brand
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work as a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
At JD Sports, we move quickly! 🏃♂️ Our goal is to ensure you are fully prepared from the moment you submit your application to the day you start in-store. Below is a quick overview of what to expect if you are successful in the recruitment process:
Applications open on 13th September and close on:
- 27th September for QLD, VIC, NZ & TAS 📅
- 4th October for SA, NT, WA, ACT & NSW 📅
Seasonal contracts start in early November and end in February 2025, with a chance to stay on based on store needs.
