With comprehensive training, selling tools and techniques, we blend customer needs with sales success. To be successful in the role:
- Available to start January 20th!
- Call centre, phone-based sales, or insurance experience (desirable)
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Driven to exceed KPIs
- Resilient and skilled in handling high-volume outbound sales calls
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Quick to learn complex systems
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Team-oriented and highly collaborative
- Available for CBD office work, Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm (rotating roster)
