Talent Acquisition Business Partner

In this role you will be working primarily across our iSelect business with a portfolio of stakeholders. We are looking for someone that has experience in end-to-end recruitment and that thrives in an environment that is ever changing and fast paced. With your exceptional ability to build strong partnerships with your client group, you will be the go to for support and advice on all things recruitment.

You will be reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and part of a Talent Acquisition team that works in both our Brisbane and Melbourne offices. The team is recognised for their efficiency, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

To be successful in the role:

• Experience in a similar corporate TA role delivering end-to-end recruitment
• Partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and formulate a recruitment plan to attract and hire top talent
• Ability to work autonomously whilst managing various levels of stakeholder
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract external talent especially around hard to fill roles
• Manage the offer process including negotiating salaries and packages
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ensure compliance is met in accordance with background checks such as reference checks and police checks
